Skip steps 4-5 if you aren't replacing an old filter.
- Select everything that's in the CODE box, starting from (and including) [Patterns] to the last line.
- Right-click and copy the filter to your clipboard.
- Open Proxomitron, click on "Edit Web filters"
- In Find, type in "google search" (or the name of the old filter you are replacing)
- Untick "Google Search: Remove Ad Blocks 7.08.08 (multi) [sd jd] (d.s)" (or the old filter you are replacing)
- Right-click on the filter you want the newly imported filter to appear above of, and then click on "Import filters from clipboard"
- Click on "OK"
- Save the configuration
