I drop my stand-alone stuff as a single topic here, although there are more appropriate subforums for the individual filters. I can't keep an eye on multiple such topics. I hope that's okay. 
These stand-alone filters should work with every config (but only with Proxomitron 4.5). They are - in a little different form - already part of my set, so don't merge them there. The zip archives consist of a MergeMe, required files, and a ReadMe with further details. All filters are GPL'ed and may be freely used.
ClassIDs.zip, filters that compare encountered ClassIDs with a list of malicious/nasty program IDs and block or remove those on match.
ClassID list update August 20, 2005 (packaged Sep 8): Add a handfull of IDs.
Filter update June 14, 2005: Also match chopped IDs, replace Count list with faster version, replace dummy script.
Google-Miscellaneous.zip contains a set of filters:
Google: Multi URL Untangler, Google: Remove Ad Blocks, Google Groups: Alternate Display (toggle), Google/IMDB: Block BG Image Overlays.
Update October 3, 2005: Google Groups Alternate Display: The groups-beta.google.com layout has found its way to groups.google.com. Acknowlege that (chesss).
Site-Specific.zip, a conglomerate of filters, namely:
Alexa: Multi URL Untangler, BabelFish: Clean up Page, CastleCops: Skip to Origin, Download.com et al.: "Download Now" Link Untangler, Fark: Alternate Display (toggle), FortuneCity: Clean up Member Pages, Geobytes: Clean up IP Locator Page, Lycos Angelfire/Tripod: Clean up Member Pages, Merriam-Webster: Alternate Display (toggle), MozillaZine: Alternate Display (toggle), MSN.co.uk: Multi URL Untangler, PC World: Clean up Site, ProHosting: Clean up Member Pages, UOPF: Alternate Display.
Update October 3/4, 2005: Remove EnvChem Deblocker, too volatile (still part of config tho). Adjust Fark Toggler to changed page code.

Yahoo et al.: Multi URL Untangler, Yahoo: Auto Login, Yahoo: Clean up Site, Yahoo Search: Clean up Site, Yahoo Groups: Clean up Site, Yahoo Groups: Fast Forward Search, Yahoo Groups: MyGroups - Alternate Display.
Update October 3, 2005: Split Yahoo cleaner -> do some more stuff at Yahoo Search.
