The videos here are blocked:

So 2 questions:
1. How do I get the videos to show.
2. Is there a general method for working out what to change to 'unblock' certain things?
I always seem to get stuck working out which include-exclude to change and often end up just going into bypass mode for many sites.
I know about the log window, and I know abouty "post debug info" but it never really seems to help.
Perhaps someone would be kind enough to go through the process of getting the videos on the site above working and detail HOW they knew what to change/what blocklist to update etc...

The video played well on my opera 10 and IE 8, but the flash is passing sidki's toggle flash filter.

I'm running firefox with the flash toggle filter disabled.
I'll check again when I get home.
