I like RSS, but normally they never work. And I know how much work there has to be done, since I also have struggled with it a few times. I have not seen a forum yet, where it works "out of the box". You can see how suprised I was now when I tried it!

RSS is, for me, specially useful when a forum has many boards. There are threads I don't read normally, but sometimes in those threads there comes a "golden eg" which I then miss. With RSS I don't miss anything
