Those instructions are for the sidki set, http://www.prxbx.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?fid=44 .

For other sets try:

Quote:To use
----

* Add the ProxHTTPSProxy rear server to the Proxomitron's list of external proxies

Code:
127.0.0.1:8081 ProxHTTPSProxyMII

* Add to Proxomitron's "Bypass URLs that match this expression" field if it is empty

Code:
$OHDR(Tagged:ProxHTTPSProxyMII FrontProxy/*)$SETPROXY(127.0.0.1:8081)(^)

* Add to the beginning of the entry in Proxomitron's "Bypass URLs that match this expression" field if it is **not** empty

Code:
$OHDR(Tagged:ProxHTTPSProxyMII FrontProxy/*)$SETPROXY(127.0.0.1:8081)(^)|

Privoxy TODO

Quote:6) Remove actions that aren't needed anymore:

content-type-overwrite should probably stay as it's also
used by some of the CGI pages (XXX: name them).

crunch-client-header and crunch-server-header should probably
go, their only advantage is that their search strings can be
controlled through the CGI pages, other than that they only
have disadvantages.

crunch-if-none-match can be replaced with a header filter.

prevent-compression has a misleading name and could
be replaced with a header filter.

There's also content filtering. If everything was as you say, there would not be this topic.

RE: ProxHTTPSProxyMII: Reloaded
I have this problem:
OS Windows 7. Everything else works, except for sites using anti-DDoS. On Linux, because of the transparent proxy, there is no problem, and so if I do not register *.vchecks.me in a ssl pass-true, it also does not work.

[errno 11004] getaddrinfo failed is often a DNS problem.

Regardless, I see a '307 loop' between those two sites with ProxHTTPSProxyMII.

Adding ohio8.vchecks.me to [SSL Pass-Thru] fixed it for me on Win10.

RE: ProxHTTPSProxyMII: Reloaded
I added, there is no effect. DNS works, other sites open. Do you have ProxHTTPSProxyMII with what it works? Privoxy? I have such a problem with Win7 with ProxHTTPSProxyMII + Privoxy.

I use it with the Proxomitron.

Have you tried another DNS server?
What is the ip address of your DNS server?

RE: ProxHTTPSProxyMII: Reloaded
I think it's not a DNS server. If I remove the proxy settings, then everything is fine.

Everywhere there is a POST request. What can be the reason?

Something (firewall, anti-virus, Privoxy, etc.) is blocking POST requests.
