Time Zone Conversion

Is it possible for a Match = "[#1:12]:[#0:59](A|P)M" filter to Replace that 'time' (which happens to be Eastern) to 'my' time (ie, subtract an hour)?

Yes, but not the easy way, and military time would be easier too. You'd need to make a conversion list for that. Mona posted such a list at Y!G when the Naoko 4.5 beta came out. It's probably still in the files section.

Here. It's probably quite a bit of work anyway since the list can't decrement in the current format.

Plus you'd need an extra case, something like
[#1]$SET(1=12):[#0:59](A$SET(2=P)|P$SET(2=A))M
