Sidki's toggle Flash doesn't work at http://www.kluv.com on Vista using IE8. It works on XP Pro using IE8. On Vista it is as though I was bypassing Proxo. Avast is reporting a trojan on one of the Flash links there but that is likely an FP since other AV are not alerting. I don't like to think though that if there was a trojan that by using Vista, and Sidki's filters, that because the site opens with all Flash links playing I might have been infected. Plus, one of the Flash links blinks like crazy and that sort of thing can trigger a migraine for me so I don't like that Sidki's Flash filter doesn't work on Vista on that site. It may not work on other sites too.

Well, I don't have ie8 or vista so I doubt if I can help much.
Has ie8 been officially released?
It could be a problem with the vista version of ie8.
Maybe you should try that site with a different browser.
That might rule out the os as an issue.

For the heck of it, open the log window and verify proxo is filtering it.
Also, I'm curious if sidki's "site" link at the bottom of the page is present and working.
