Unable to open www.abload.de - maxbaggi - Nov. 15, 2009 03:28 PM
Hello everyone, I'm unable to open www.abload.de even when I bypass Proxomitron. The only way I can get it to open is when I configure Firefox to not use any proxy (direct connection)

Sorry I'm posting the entire log. I do not know what exactly to look for.
I'm using:
NAOKO 4.5 CONFIG -- SIDKI 2009-05-24 ALPHA 4
Firefox 3.5.5
Ubuntu Linux 9.04
RE: Unable to open www.abload.de - JJoe - Nov. 15, 2009 05:56 PM
Do other sites still work with the Proxomitron?
Since you got 10042, I guess something might be wrong on your machine.
You may want to reinitialize.
Maybe they were having problems or don't like something about you.
What happens now, and after you delete cookies, and if you hide behind Tor?
I have seen some complaints about the latest versions of Firefox timing out.
Maybe there's something that's not quite right.
I get there, k-meleon, but have seen some socket errors,
** 231 Socket Error 10060 for connect() **.
I don't see a request for the favicon.
The set is modifying the content type header...
I don't see why this should matter tho.
10061 came first.
My headers

are close to yours. No google cookies tho.

Yes.

Reinitalize? Do you mean reboot the machine? I rebooted the machine... still no go.

I use openDNS for name resolution. Could that be a problem? I don't think it is. I have tried using other DNS servers (provided by the ISP) but I still can't open it.
I also tried deleting cookies.
I'm able to access it if I take Proxomitron out of the picture. I simply configure Firefox to access the Internet directly and everything works fine.

I don't think so.
I think 10061 means 'Yeah, we see you. Go away'.
Question seems to be, what do they see.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3829
may help see what the browser sends with without Proxo.
Works for me with your user-agent.
Edit:
Hey are you using
abload.de
or
www.abload.de ?
I get a redirect for abload.de that you are missing.
Try http://www.abload.de

I tried both. Neither works. I guess they don't like me.
Anyway, I'll install the addon you mentioned and see what's going on.
And I'll start with a fresh copy of Proxomitron.
Thanks for helping, JJoe
Edit:
It seems to be working now. I didn't change anything. This is odd.
