Web based email problems with Proxomitron

Hello, newby here...

Windows XP, Home Edition, Mozilla Firefox 1.7.5

I started using Proxomitron 4.5 today, 01-16-05. I did not do any extra tweaking, and everything was working as it should have been, until I attempted to send an email from my Hotmail and Yahoo accoutnts.

I did some searching before I posted here and came across the: JD_Alpha_10-14-04
zip file. I followed the instructions, and after loading the files, I was able to send emails from Hotmail and Yahoo. But in Hotmail, the

To: Cc: and Bcc: functions still do not work, as well as the "show all" and "edit favorites" in the favorites list. Also when I click on the above mentioned functions, I get a "pop" sound.

I would appreciate some guidance in helping me resove this problem.

Well, I did some more research, and between this site and Castle Cops, I was finally able to resolve my problems. There are many solutions out there. Also there may be more than one way to solve a specific problem and the info can be kind of overwhelming, especially to a newbie like me.

Glad you were able to discern a solution for yourself, that's a good way to learn about how to make Proxo even better for you. Now, if you'll be so kind as to check in here once in awhile, and help us help others, that would be great
