I can not see this mentioned after a search, but the highlight for UltraEdit is in ver. 15 very easy. Just rename the txt file Prox-UE-Highlight.txt to Prox-UE-Highlight.uew and place it here ->

%appdata%\IDMComp\UltraEdit\Wordfiles\

Then restart UltraEdit and it has found it by itself.

And the you (in UE) can click Advanced - configuration - File Associations write .ptron to associate with the *.ptron files
