Was it ever there when the set was enabled?

There are two different pages.

The unfiltered page may have "&gbv=2" in the URL, is a scripted page, and is difficult to modify.

The filtered probably has "&gbv=1", is easier to modify but doesn't have some of the "&gbv=2" page's features.

I don't think the set is removing any features.
Somebody would have to write a filter to add them.

If you would rather use the scripted page.
Try adding

Code:

images.google.com/images\? $SET(sUserFn=)

to $LST(Exceptions-U).
