Can Proxomitron filter this HTTPS site?

This is another one of my "I don't understand all I know about this device" questions.

Why does this filter:

work on this page:
http://www.google.com/analytics/

but not on this page:
https://www.google.com/analytics/home/

I have my browser proxy set for "localhost:8080" for both HTTP and HTTPS.
