Try this...

Configure ProxHTTPSProxyMII:

In the ProxHTTPSProxyMII folder find and open "config.ini" in a text editor.
Change

Code:

ProxAddr = http://localhost:8080

to

Code:

ProxAddr = http://localhost:8081

Save "config.ini" and Start ProxHTTPSProxyMII.


Set Proxy's Address and Import Cert:

Start Internet Explorer >> Open Tools >> Internet Options >> Connections >>
Lan Settings >> Select "Use a proxy server..." >> Advanced >>
Set the Secure address to 127.0.0.1 Port 8079 >>
OK >> OK >>
Content >> Certificates >> Import >> Next >> Browse >>
Navigate to and double-click CA.crt >> Next >>
Select "Place all certificates in following store" >>
Browse and select "Trusted Root Certication Authorities" >>
Next >> Finish >>
exit Tools

Tested on Win 7 and 10
