For me and IE11, it redirects to https://spectrum.pch.com/Path/...

It could be the pch server doesn't like something about your machine's request. Request headers identify the machine's Operating System, Browser, and more.

It could also be that something (firewall, anti-virus, etc) is blocking the connection.
