How to disable ProxHTTPSProxyMII window

How to disable ProxHTTPSProxyMII window
To whom it may concern,
I have a elderly client who keeps on closing the window that shows logging of the connection. When that is closed the ProxHTTPSProxyMII program stops working. Is there a way to hide the window? Is there a way to not show the tab below that shows it is running?
This is on a Windows XP system.
