yeah. great idea. (i know hardly anything about scripts).

I'd been thinking of something similar, a local storage of "approved" scripts for sites that insert many scripts (eg, yahoo mail). I guess the easiest way to apply the local script is by substituting ptron path instead of yahoo's path for the script files.

(but trouble with yahoo mail is that they change things too often. revising the "approved scripts" becomes obnoxiously frequent task)

anyway, just a vague concept for me. but you reminded me of it...
