What, there are supposed to be ads on Google result pages? I didn't know that!! I guess Scott must've "anticipated" all of Google's shenanigans well in advance, 'cause I sure don't see 'em. And I don't have anything 'special' in that department, I use the default config for most of this kind of stuff.

Wellllll, to be a bit more honest..... I do see the right-hand colum of paid advertisers, but I want them there. I can't begin to guess the number of times that I've used the links in that column, and even if I didn't buy anything from them, I found out more info/data/detail about what I was after. They aren't randomly and obtrusively placed all over the page, so if I don't want/need them, my eyes can ignore them as needful.
