proxy and Juno (not free one)

I have been using The Proxomitron for several years with the Juno ISP (not the free one). In the last several weeks I have started to get errors when connecting to the internet and while on the Juno home page.

Also started to get problems where the Juno browser or IE browser would just freeze, could not kill the processes off. I had to do a hard re-boot. (not good).

I have tracked the problem down to the proxy and setting the IE internet options to use a proxy server. If I remove the localhost port 8080 from the settings (which of course means that I cannot use The Proxomitron) then I do not have the script errors or the freeze problem.

ANyone out there use Juno or have encountered these types of problems?????
I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
