I just installed the new 10-23 config set and this code does NOT seem to solve the problem for light mode. Are you sure? That's what I tested with and it still works for me. OK, I forgot the oob configuration is set up slightly different. After loading the 2010-10-23 configuration, cnn.com/TECH does display in light mode.
