I think the best is to use three levels of blocking for every object Sidki. That's what i'm trying in my ad filters for iframes, flash objects, scripts, images, etc. These are my three levels from more to less restrictive:
1- block all
2- block third party (all offsite)
3- block ad-sources (with user adds)

I had to configure NoScript to allow scripts globally. and I had no problems with this filter by now, but of course i will. The idea of blocking scripts instead of modifying functions always will give us problems. Anyway it is the minimal level of blocking, and gives us confort while surfing in many many sites, of course the ghostery list can be edited to our likes
