I think the problem is that the filters' URL matches are looking for "&tbm=isch", not "?tbm=isch".

Fix will require updates to several filters and Exceptions.ptxt.

After about 2 1/2 years, the direct links filter is no longer working (tested in FF, Chrome, & IE). The 20 thumbnails with page navigation at the bottom are still loading, but the thumbnails only link to the full web page. I'm guessing that like last time, it's a URL match issue, but my experiments (adding "as_st=y" and such) have been unsuccessful.

Nope. The info has been hidden. The code now looks like

I see what you mean now that I've compared the image and thumbnail URLs on the filtered and unfiltered pages. Disappointing. I'm really starting to hate Google. Their unfiltered display loads a lot of larger thumbs (without the details below) on a big monitor even if you don't scroll past the bottom, and the search is censored by default.
