[header] X-PvInfo

i've been removing the "X-PvInfo" header for the last few days (stemming from the ETag removal discussion)...

i've not seen any ill effects, none whatsoever...


if i'm reading it correctly, the X-PvInfo header has to do with web accelerator cache - i don't have no d@mn "accelerator" and i do *NOT* "cache" 'anything' - so why is this header even there in the first place?
