Proxomitron has a setting for how long to keep connections between it and the browser open for. There were great debates that it was buggy in Proxomitron:

I was wondering how proximodo handles these local connections (I assume it doesn't have the bug/notbug of the old proxo), and will we be able to tweak in in future releases?

I'm not familiar with Proxo bugs. Killing persistent connections is not implemented yet in Proximodo, that's a thing in the TODO.txt file. But there is still so much to do on the proxy code to make it stable!
Don't worry for tweaking, Proximodo is open-source so anybody could contribute with good/better pieces of code, and experiment at home. It can't but go better and better Smile!
