How to ignore subsequent filters for specific URL

I have a specific URL. I have specific filters for the URL. They are at the top of my list of filters. That specific URL dosn't "like" (and doesn't need) some of the standard filters further down the list.

So I want a filter at some place that says: "If the URL matches <something>, then ignore all subsequent filters".

Can that be done?
