Title: how to add new ad block patter

hi fellas i want add new pattern like as /*.*/(.*[-_.])?ads?[0-9]?(/|[-_.].*|.(gif|jpe?g)) how can i do this thanks.

It goes into a block list. In the default config it's URL Killfile.txt or Keyword list.txt.
I guess the latter is better for your string.
