Title: Remote proxy

Why is it, that I can get hardly any of anonymous proxies working?
 I use normally ZoneAlarm but I have tried it on and off but to no avail.
I suspect that the anonymous proxy list from Multiproxy.com is just nonsense.
Has anybody ever succeeded getting any of those  working ?

It's because public anonymous proxies die quickly, maybe due to abuse.
If you do a Google search for "anonymous proxy list", you'll most probably find some good ones.
