Reverse filtering
« on: September 07, 2001, 07:54:20 PM »
By Guilde.
I've made a filter that makes pages slower to load, bloated with
images, and yet it is my very favorite filter!!

What it does is expand links to .GIF and .JPG into images. I use it
to navigate image directories without having to click each image and
back, which is quite useful when clipart-hunting!

This filter is crude and needs improvement, such as turning non-
animated gifs into corresponding animated gifs in certain animated
gif sites.

WARNING: THIS RULE SHOULDN'T BE LEFT ON ALL THE TIME(unless you have
infinite access speed)!

Filter effect:
links to .gif/.jpg become images

[Patterns]

Name = "Links to picx images"
Active = TRUE
Bounds = "<*>"
Limit = 512
Match = "1A HREF2(.GIF|.JPG)34"
Replace = "1IMG SRC23 height=10% width=10% 4"
