Cookie and Proxomitron
« on: April 24, 2002, 12:41:59 PM »
I use Opera 6.02, Cookie Pal, and Proximitron. I am using an anonymous proxy. I have cookies enabled in Opera, and I have set cookie pal to reject any cookies from www.vibrantmedia.com.
There are only 6 proggies given permission to access the net, and 5 windows services running. My system is spyware and trojan free. Here is my questions:

I have 1 entry in my traffic log, as outlined below:

04/24/2002 18:19:48   Allowed   TCP   Outgoing   www.vibrantmedia.com [213.86.59.1]   80   203.29.186.199   4127   C:Program FilesProxomitron Naoko-4Proxomitron.exe   2   04/24/2002 18:19:27   04/24/2002 18:19:30   Ask all running apps

                           -----------------------------------------

The  entry in the log, I guess refers to a cookie. I have cookies enabled in Opera, but on checking the cookie pal log   , it shows the cookie from vibrantmedia was rejected, so i'm not sure why I get this entry in the log.

Many thanks for any help.  Cheers  Chris
