Proxo Forum Log in Cookies

While fixing a problem logging into this forum, I noticed that the cookie lists the member password and name in clear text form without any encryption of any type.  I consider this a security problem, can anything be done about it?

Hi,

I also noted that a while ago, but to be honest i don't consider it a serious security risk - who would want my password anyway?

But, the good news is the new fourm, which can be found at http://www.flaaten.dk/phpBB2/index.php actually encrypts user id's and passwords.
