Check for new pages...

Hi,

This is a non-proxo related question:

I'd like a little systray app (or way to enable such a feature in Opera) that will check a list of webpages to see if they have changed since a certain date (last time visited).

Ie, I have a few webpages which are updated sporadically, but I don't want to miss out on the updates, so rather than visiting the sites myself daily, i'd like to have some app do it for me and let me know if the page is new. Lazy, I know
