Also a request... on kinghost.com, most of the banner/add images are located either in the root or under /ban/ (which is already blocked) but almost all the real images are at least a couple of levels deep. How would a rule look like that blocks all the images from the root and one level deep, yet images that are two levels deep or above pass thru?
