IPA Header

Does anyone have any info on the IPA header? I have a filter for this which I think originated with Zhen-Xjell but I've never observed this header in my log.

The only time I've ever seen this header is while I was on a blind people's webste, this document: http://mueller.zems.tu-berlin.de/evti/students/formulasoninternet/hertrich/node3.html seems to provide some info.

IPA appears to be something like braille for the internet... it may be that this HTTP header activates a special reader.

I do not see the need to filter this tho.

Thank's Jor. I didn't want to delete that filter without knowing its purpose.
