The URL Match mustn't contain the protocol (http://).

Maybe one of your personal filters is corrupting the default config.
Try bypassing Proxomitron, clear cache, reload page, copy that filter again.

oh damn thats it!!! i'm using Super Linkifier which is invisibly screwing up everything looking like a url in this thread before i copy it

It works for me too although I had to enter the captcha code 3 times before my download started.

traviscn, i don't get the chars right either often enough.

For the record, here is the version with previously mentioned superfluous spaces removed and my handle added:
