Hi guys am useing windows 98 with IE6 have set up Proxomitor with the defaults setting that came with the program is this enough to start with or is this some other setting I should change.

Depending on your needs and wishes it might be enough to start with. Difficult to say. Youcould also try the different default configugartion sets available.
