none-standard, probably an add-on or other web-enabled app, maybe even a trojan, but it is backtalk...so I'd kill it anyways...if they wanted your IP, there's plenty of other, 'valid' methods to get it, so this one is probably used where access to these methods is not available...which makes it even more suspicious to me...
