N/P

Yes, I used to use Crazy Browser. I now use MyIE when I need to use IE. Opera is my default.

The last time I used Outpost, it would eat up about 40 megs of memory. I'm using Kerio 3.0 beta1 right now.

Can you PM me the link for 1by1?

MyIE looks cool . Can you use BHOs with it?

lnminente, for your *.dot.tk problem you can change the javascript banners filter like that:
*((<(iframe|html)|=?=?=?=?|banner_height) ...

JD's config set (updated 08-12-02)
« Reply #93 on: August 11, 2002, 11:44:42 PM »
Hi JD!
I'm a newbie here and I've been using your config set for a couple of days now.
I think it's realy SaWEEEEET. Runs realy well. You must have put alot of time into this. Just the lists are huge. And its all so well organized. Perfect for lazy brains like me.

Two things though:
1-The proxomitron toolbar doesnt work with local htm. file.

2-The List folders are well organized but when you look in the
Add to blockfile> and the Edit blockFile> menu, its a real mess. I tried to organize it like you did with the webpage Filters. In Each of the List folders, I created some dummy files called like this:
---SOME NAME.---
Then I edited the default.cfg file to put some order like this:

List.---[DefaultProxoList]--- = "..Lists---Default Proxomitron Lists.---"
List.Bypass = "..ListsBypass List.txt"
List.CookieList = "..ListsAllowCookies.txt"
List.AdKeys = "..ListsKeyword list.txt"
List.---[Jd'sAdList]--- = "..ListsJd_ListsAd Lists---Jd's Ad Lists.---"
List.KillAdList = "..ListsJD_ListsAd ListsAd - AdList.txt"
List.AdDomains = "..ListsJD_ListsAd ListsAd - DomainList.txt"
List.AdHosts = "..ListsJD_ListsAd ListsAd - HostList.txt"
 ...
List.---[Jd'sBypassList]--- = "..ListsJd_ListsBypass Lists---Jd's Bypass Lists.---"
List.Bypass_Web = "..ListsJd_ListsBypass ListsBypass - Web Filters.txt"
List.Bypass-URLKiller = "..ListsJd_ListsBypass ListsBypass - URL Killer.txt"
 ...
List.---[Jd'sAllowList]--- = "..ListsJd_ListsBypass Lists---Jd's Allow Lists.---"
List.Allow-Frames = "..ListsJd_ListsBypass ListsAllow - Frames.txt"
List.Allow-Referrers = "..ListsJD_ListsBypass ListsAllow - ReferrerList.txt"
 ...(etc)

Now it easier to navigate through all those list in the Edit blockFile> menu.

OK, here it is... This zip only includes the updated files & configs. Unless you modified a lot of the bypass lists, I recommend downloading the full config set. (above)

Hello JD

Am I correct in assuming that:

1.  Filter set options 1, 2, 3 are to be used independent of eachother (I know your not supposed to use filter set #2 with ACR, but does that also go for DOM filters)?

2.  Either use one DOM filter or the other, but not both?

Thx

Ummm... I would say enable the DOM filters, then if needed, enable filters from "ad filter set #2".

Reason for my inquiry:

Using both DOM filters (ACR & filter set #2 deactivated) I get the following:

Hi mapsonx,

I'm guessing "DOM container killer.." is causing the problems? All those pages worked fine for me in IE6. The only thing I can think of, is to change this line in the "DOM container killer.."..

var d=6;

to

var d=5;

The DOM filter isn't the most stable filter.

I modified the 'Anti-Auto-JS-Redirection' filter's matching expression to:
 *.location(.href=|.replace()"(^['"+]) 1"*

I find it Works better this way.

And thanks JD for the credit in your new update.
Makes me feel all fuzzy inside. hihi!
